Standard National Orders - 20-22 business days from shipment.
Standard International Orders - 25 business days.
Express Orders - 10 to 15 business days.
Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Galochka.es.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition.

In the event that your product is defective, does not match its description, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be made in its original payment method or a store credit will be granted for the amount of the return.
To return purchases, pack the item securely and send it to the following address. Please note we do not cover return shipping charges, however if you paid postage on your original order it will be refunded along with the purchase price. When the item has been returned to us, we will organize the refund of the total price in your account. Return address:
